About me
John Michael Dorsey is a versatile professional with a deep passion for writing and software engineering. His writing talents have been recognized across various formats, from poetry to web content, and he won a prestigious Spanish writing competition in 2020. In 2021, he volunteered in Armenia, contributing to local village development and launching the country's first wine magazine. His passion for volunteering continues today and after his time in Armenia he served as a board member of ANCAPN, with a vision to merge his writing and coding skills to make a global impact.
As a Software Engineer, John is skilled in languages and frameworks like JavaScript, Python, and React, honed through App Academy's intensive bootcamp. Post bootcamp John began working two part time coding roles for two different companies, while engaging in a fulltime job search.
